Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE + monthly bonus

Location: Wolverhampton (office‑based)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We’re seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Codsall office. You’ll lead day‑to‑day recruitment for HCAs and Nurses, exceed KPIs, build strong talent pipelines, and support the wider team with data‑driven recruitment decisions. No cold calling – just meaningful, targeted recruitment within an established team.

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for complex care packages
• Hit and exceed KPIs in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Create and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
• Source, engage, and pipeline high‑quality candidates
• Use recruitment data to improve performance and processes
• Act as escalation point for hard‑to‑fill roles
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Support ATS implementation and process improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members

• Proven success in recruitment and target achievement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using data to drive recruitment outcomes
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support a team
• Highly organised, resilient, and proactive
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
