• Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition or needs.

• A caring and compassionate nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
