• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a growth‑oriented or complex business environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading equity fund raises and managing working capital facilities.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
