Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £28,000 basic + commission
OTE: £55,000 – £65,000
Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid – Office & Remote)

, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker seeking high earnings
, strong lead volumes and flexible hybrid working.
- Hybrid model: 3 days office / 2 days remote
- 7–10 high-quality mortgage leads per week
- Whole-of-market residential & BTL advice
- Life and protection advice using leading providers
- Full administrative and compliance support
- CeMAP qualified (essential)
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
- Strong relationship management skills
- Clean credit & full driving licence
- £28,000 basic salary
- OTE £55k–£65k
- Hybrid flexibility
- Excellent progression within a stable business
