- Manage day‑to‑day finance operations across multiple entities within the group.
- Prepare consolidated management accounts, budgets and cashflow forecasts.
- Lead year‑end reporting, audits and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement effective financial systems, controls and processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team, providing clear financial insight to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with portfolio management teams to enhance forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with investment and asset teams on project appraisals, financing and performance tracking.
- Manage relationships with external advisors, banks and lenders on funding and investment matters.
- Support on acquisitions, disposals and investment structuring.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and returns.
- Assist with due diligence, integration and ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies.
- Provide analysis on deal returns, capital deployment and overall group performance.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience with in private equity, investment, family office or multi‑entity group environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS and consolidations.
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to influence non‑finance stakeholders.
- Hands‑on and adaptable, able to thrive in a developing environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
