We have an excellent opportunity for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join our global organisation. In this role, you will conduct legionella risk assessments and water hygiene‑related tasks across a range of buildings and water systems.

• Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Perform water hygiene tasks, including temperature monitoring, water sampling, TMV servicing and shower head descaling.
• Highlight unusual results and raise escalation for further investigation.
• Proofread your own reports and, where required, those of others.
• Maintain communication with clients as needed.
• Maintain equipment and consumables, reporting any issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate data upload to SGS’s digital project management platform.

• Experience in legionella risk assessments and water hygiene tasks.
• Familiarity with using handheld digital devices for data entry.
• Knowledge of water systems and relevant regulations.
• Ability to perform risk assessments across various building types.

• BOHS proficiency module certificates (P901 minimum, P903, P904) or City & Guilds equivalent (WH004).
• Water Management Society Risk Assessor Course.
• Ofqual nationally regulated Level 3 diploma in legionella risk assessment.
