Lunchtime Supervisor - Bhylls Acre Primary school

Bhylls Acre Primary is seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.

• Supervise children in the dining hall, playground and around the school.
• Encourage positive behaviour and good manners.
• Support children during play, promoting inclusive and cooperative games.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils in line with school policies.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas as needed.
• Manage minor first-aid incidents (training can be provided).

• Enjoys working with children and understands their needs.
• Is calm, patient and confident in managing behaviour.
• Works well as part of a team. Is dependable and committed to supporting our school community.
• Can remain alert, proactive and safety-conscious at all times.

• A supportive, welcoming school environment.
• Training, including safeguarding and first aid.
• A role that makes a meaningful difference to children every day.
