The RoleYou will be an enthusiastic and skilled teacher who:
- Is a talented and creative teacher with experience of teaching in both Key Stage 1 and 2
- Is committed to raising standards and can identify and address underperformance in school
- Is able to lead and develop a creative approach to curriculum planning
- Has experience or aspiration to lead subject areas and contribute to curriculum and assessment development
- Has a good knowledge of assessment and is able to take a leading role in assessment practice and data analysis across school
- Has high expectations of self and others and can motivate, inspire and work alongside others to raise standards
- Has experience of teaching Phonics using the Ruth Miskin Read Write Inc scheme
