SEND Teaching Assistant

We are looking for dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in mainstream and specialist primary schools across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

This role is perfect for individuals with experience working with SEND children
, either professionally, personally, or through care backgrounds. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
, or another transferable qualification, and have a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.

• Has experience working with SEND children or personal experience supporting children with additional needs
• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or a transferable qualification
• Extremely caring, patient, and compassionate
• Observant and attentive
  - always has eyes on the pupils they support
• Willing to go the extra mile to provide additional help and support

• Experience working with SEND children, either professionally or personally
• Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or other relevant transferable qualification
• Level 2 English (spoken and written)
• Fluent English is essential
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
