The Role:
This KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant role centres on providing targeted support to pupils in Upper Key Stage 2, particularly those preparing for SATs. You’ll work with small groups to deliver booster sessions in reading, writing, and maths, help identify learning gaps, and reinforce key curriculum content. You’ll also assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and lesson preparation, gaining a strong foundation in teaching practice.

The Candidate:
This opportunity is ideal for a graduate who plans to begin teacher training in 2026. You’ll need strong academic ability, especially in English and maths, and a calm, confident approach when working with children. Experience supporting young people, whether in schools or elsewhere, will be helpful. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic about helping pupils succeed.
