• Work closely with teachers and therapists to support students  academic, emotional, and social development.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support, promote independence, and help create a calm, engaging learning environment where every child is valued.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including pad changing, ensuring pupils  physical and emotional well-being is supported with dignity and respect.

• A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude
• Experience working with children or young people in school or care settings is desirable but not essential
• A genuine interest in supporting learners with additional needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
• Willingness to assist with personal care duties (pad changing) when required
