If you re an ECT
, you ll be fully supported. We offer access to long-term supply roles that can contribute towards induction, alongside ongoing guidance from consultants who understand your journey. Many ECTs we support progress into permanent teaching posts through Academics.

To be considered, you ll need:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
