Overview

Cover Supervisor - 35 hours per week, term time only - one-year fixed term appointment. NJC SCP5-SCP
11 - Salary range £25,583-£28,142 pa (pro rata part time, term time only salary range £20,815 - £22,897 gross pa). The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to the post of Cover Supervisor. St Thomas More Catholic School is a secondary school educating children aged 11-18. • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain on task and follow the work set by the teacher.

• Degree level qualification (desirable)
• GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
• Good communication skills - written and oral
• Ability to use negotiating and persuasive skills
• Team player
