In this role, you will be based primarily in the workshop, supporting practical sessions, maintaining equipment, preparing work areas, and assisting with learner activity. The role includes a small amount of teaching support, with the opportunity to gradually increase teaching responsibilities for those who wish to progress into a Trainer or Lecturer role.

They are open to candidates with varying levels of experience and is particularly keen to support individuals who want to develop a long-term career in education. Full training is available, including the opportunity to complete teaching or assessing qualifications in the future.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant motor vehicle discipline and enjoy working in a practical, hands-on environment. Teaching experience is not required.
