Level 3 Teaching Assistant

32.5 hours per week (term time only)

Grade 4, Actual Starting Salary £19,948

• In class support as well as leading some 1:1 and/or small group interventions.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external partners.
• Contribute to the wider curriculum and enrichment opportunities within school.
• Help to develop children’s independence, self-esteem, and engagement in learning.

• Has experience of working within the primary age range, experience in KS2 is essential.
• Is confident in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting learning across the curriculum.
• Has excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
• Can inspire children to participate in a wide range of learning opportunities, including extra-curricular clubs.
