Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for students
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a focused learning environment
• Support children with additional or special educational needs (SEN)
• Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources
• Supervise students during school activities, breaks, and trips

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (this is essential)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a school setting
• A valid, enhancedDBS check(or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for education and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
