Position: Lloyds Banking Group - Customer Support

Job Title

Customer Support – Wolverhampton

Location

Wolverhampton – within a reasonable distance of Lloyds and Halifax branches

Hours & Working Pattern

35 hours a week, including Saturdays – Full‑time

Salary

£25,000, increasing to £26,950 after 6 months. You can earn up to £31,450 by progressing through the Skill Progression Framework.

About this opportunity

You’ll begin by providing face‑to‑face support to customers at one of our branches. Over time you may transition into remote roles, helping customers over the phone, via web‑chat, social media or video calls.

What you’ll need
  • People person – honest, genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
  • Quick to build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
  • Empathy – put yourself in the customer’s shoes, act with care and integrity, resolve queries and give customers confidence in the service you’re providing
  • Commitment to deliver on your promises and go above and beyond for your customer
  • Team player – collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure your customers’ needs are met
  • If located in one of our hybrid locations, you must meet home‑working criteria (quiet private room, stable internet)
