My client, a leading manufacturer based in Wolverhampton, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
My client operates from a purpose-built site in Wolverhampton and are a market leader in their product offering. They are part of a larger US group which facilitates a global customer base.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email to a range of key account customers
- Meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Offer proactive recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate database records
- Support general administrative tasks within the team
- Experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence working to KPIs
- Familiarity with systems such as SAGE or Salesforce (advantageous)
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Please note this role is full time on-site in Wolverhampton.
