Albrighton - 💷 Salary: £36,231 – £40,640 including up to 4 sleep‑ins per month (base £30,991 – £35,400)

Children & Young People with SEBD, emotional and behavioural difficulties - 🎓 Qualifications
Required:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); support provided to achieve Level 3 if not held - 📆 Experience in Years
Required:
Experience in residential childcare preferred, particularly with SEBD - 📄
Employment Type:

We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and energetic Senior Residential Support Worker who:
- Can build trusting, therapeutic relationships with children
- Supports young people’s emotional, behavioural, and social development
- Provides leadership to the staff team, stepping in to deputise for Team Leaders
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and resilience
- Can work on a rota, including sleep‑ins
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
