Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Vehicle Technician at our Volkswagen Dealership in Wolverhampton

Basic Salary of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience with realistic OTE of up to £50,000

  Paid overtime for Saturday working and approved additional hours.

• To undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard to meet company and franchise requirements.
• Measure, test and diagnose vehicle faults.
• Repair diagnosed vehicles, replace parts, lubricants and consumables.
• Record all service and repair operations as required by the company and the manufacturer.
• Work in a safe and professional manor, operating to health and safety standards.
• Identify additional work and maintenance requirements on vehicles using an established EVHC process.

• Be qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
• Have previous experience working in a Technician or mechanic role.
• Take responsibility for the safety, standard and quantity of their work.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

• A market leading bonus plan and good basic salary as well as paid overtime for rota Saturday morning giving you a realistic OTE of £45,000 - £50,000.
• Excellent training with Johnson’s cars and the manufacturer, taking our colleagues all the way to Master technician and beyond.
• 31 days paid annual leave, increasing to 33 with longevity of service.
