Can you help us improve how we manage partnership student records at the University of Wolverhampton?
We are entering an exciting phase in the development of our partnership provision and are establishing a new team to support this growing area. As a Partnership Records Administrator, you will join us at a pivotal moment, contributing to how our systems, processes and ways of working are shaped.
You’ll work closely with senior colleagues, playing an active role in managing student data, supporting internal and external reporting, and ensuring a high-quality service for our stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration and wants to help build a new, high performing team.
Key responsibilities include:- Accurately inputting and maintaining partnership student records
- Supporting core student processes such as transfers, withdrawals and leave of absence
- Providing informed helpdesk support to staff across the University
- Identifying and helping resolve data quality issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Strong experience in higher education administration, ideally in student records or data management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to improving services
- A proactive, solutions focused approach
- Ability to travel to UK partners when required
