Job Overview

We are looking to appoint two Clinic Management Co‑Ordinator's within the Patient Access Services. 2x 37.5 hour Full time posts - 8.30 - 17.00 (1x 30 min lunch 2x 15 min breaks)

To undertake various administrative duties associated with a patient's attendance to the Trust, as outlined in the Patient Access Policy OP39.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake various administrative duties associated with a patient's attendance to the Trust, as outlined in the Patient Access Policy OP39.
  • Undertake duties relating to any aspect of service provided by the Patient Access Services Team.
  • Demonstrate a significant level of initiative in organising workload and making decisions and action within clearly defined limits.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Work as a key member of the team within the department to provide operational supervisory support.
