About this jobAdministration is a key function in the management and day to day functionality of the Adult Community Services nursing teams and the patients they care for.
The purpose of this role is to work with and support the Community Nursing teams with their clinical administration functions and all data associated with the management of the Adult Community Services patients.
The post holder provides a comprehensive, effective, accurate and timely service for the clinical teams within Adult Community Services.
The post holder will have strong IT & communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise, with particular attention to detail.
Working closely with clinical, secretarial and operational management team.
Responsible for the completion of day to day administrative tasks which enable the team to perform their duties effectively and keep service related data accurate.
The post holder will work to high standards of customer service and be sensitive to the needs of each individual, to work on own initiative with broad procedural guidelines, responding to a wide range of needs, to ensure service user satisfaction.
The post holder will be required to adopt a flexible approach towards activities undertaken and to respond to any cover requirements due to a colleague’s absence from work.
