Saturdays included with a day off in the week

I am recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to support my client’s operations department by managing and coordinating schedules, this role plays a key part in ensuring appointments, resources and workflows are aligned to deliver an excellent service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in operations, appointment scheduling and diary management roles.

Duties:
Manage and coordinate daily schedules for appointments
Act as the first point of contact between internal teams and customers to ensure accurate scheduling
Adjust schedules proactively in response to sudden changes or delays in operations
Prepare and maintain reports on scheduling efficiency, performance and workflow
Support wider operations coordination to ensure a right first-time approach

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in scheduling, operations, planning or a related position
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with a confident telephone manner to liaise with customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy department
