Bank Administration Staff – Temporary

We are looking for experienced admin professionals to join our Temporary Staffing Bank Services at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. The role is available Monday to Friday, 30+ hours per week, on an "as and when" basis.

Mid‑Senior Level.

Employment type:

Contract.

• Cover temporary vacancies and short‑term staffing shortages across clinical, community and non‑clinical areas.
• Work flexibly with short notice, possibly within a clinical setting, GP practice or head office.
• Handle a large volume of emails and telephone calls.
• Liaise face‑to‑face with patients, colleagues and managers professionally.
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties.
• Assist with induction and mandatory training where required.

• Proven experience as an administrator; GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with NHS specialist software: PAS, Choose & Book, Employee On‑Line, Health Roster.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot queries effectively.
