Salary £36,363 - £72,173 per year (depending on experience, including £7500 market supplement), plus benefits and Golden Hello payment.

Essential qualifications/skills

Registered with the Building Safety Regulator at Class 2A - 2F:
Building Inspector as determined by the HSE Building Inspector Competency Framework (BICoF)
Professional Building Control Qualification (RICS, CABE or equivalent)
Building Control experience with working knowledge of building regulations and legislation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organisation and prioritising skills

Strong focus for service excellence
