We're exclusively recruiting a Business Development Representative to join a growing commercial team within a technology-led environment.

This role offers a strong balance of outbound business development and hands-on sales support, working closely with experienced Field Sales Representatives to drive new revenue and build a healthy sales pipeline.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys proactive prospecting, structured sales processes, and exposure to the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Business Development

Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling
Qualify inbound leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and identify potential opportunities
Book high-quality first meetings and demonstrations for Field Sales Representatives
Accurately track all activity and lead progression within the CRM

Sales & Pipeline Support

Support Field Sales Representatives with opportunity administration and CRM updates
Coordinate proposals, quotes, and contract documentation with internal stakeholders
Produce pipeline and activity reports to support forecasting and performance tracking
Prepare sales presentations and client-facing materials

Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development with a strong outbound focus
A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing
Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential
Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Field Sales teams
Exposure to sales or marketing engagement platforms

£40,000 base salary
Bonus opportunity linked to performance
Hybrid working model (up to 2 days per week in the office)
A role with genuine exposure to pipeline generation and sales operations
