Responsibilities
- Register potential buyers and qualify inquiries.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Canvass to bring in new property listings.
- Negotiate sales between vendors and buyers.
- Prepare sales brochures.
- Develop and maintain relationships.
- Advise buyers and vendors on an ongoing basis.
- Book appointments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- 6 months previous experience as a Sales Negotiator OR a trainee willing to learn.
- UK resident living within a 30‑minute commute of Bracknell/Wokingham.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Well‑spoken with a good telephone manner.
- Well‑presented appearance.
- Target‑driven and ambitious.
- Team player and excellent team player.
- Highly motivated.
