Responsibilities- Deliver world class controls services to clients (including cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting) as part of Programme/Project Controls.
- Collaborate closely with the client and internal project management teams, supporting cross-functional teams to implement effective project controls related to scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Report to the PMO Director and ensure all deliverables meet contractual and business standards, keeping projects within approved time and cost limits and aligned with the client's strategy and budget.
- Assist the Project Director and the delivery team, building strong relationships and providing performance insights. Promote consistent measures to track progress, successes, and areas needing attention.
- Project Controls Expertise – Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards across all project phases.
- Schedule and Change Management – Proven ability to implement effective schedule management and change control processes.
- NEC Contracts Knowledge – Solid understanding of NEC contracts.
- Qualifications – Degree educated and holding appropriate professional membership.
- Best Practice Knowledge – In-depth knowledge of policies, processes, and procedures for effective management.
- Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in senior-level presentations.
- Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with Primavera P6, Safran, Think Project/CEMAR, and Microsoft Suite up to Power
BI. - You may also have previously worked as a Project Services Manager, Schedule Manager, Risk Manager, Cost Manager, Project Office Support (PMO), Project Engineer, Digital Transformation Lead or Digital Project Manager.
- Jacobs operates a hybrid work environment and a 40 hour working week as standard.
