Marketing Manager - MedTech

My client is a well-known Med Tech business based in Berkshire.

As the Marketing Manager - Med Tech you will have the following responsibilities:

• Leads portfolio strategy and execution aligned with global, regional, and local priorities.
• Manages the full product lifecycle, from commercialisation and registration to performance tracking and discontinuation.
• Drives market insight gathering to inform decisions and shape value propositions across segments and channels.
• Partners with marketing teams to develop strategic plans and locally relevant content, including tender materials.
• Supports commercial success through effective tools, pricing guidance, and portfolio training.

A successful Marketing Manager - Med Tech should have:

• Proven experience in marketing/PM within the Med Tech industry - essential
Excellent stakeholder manager - with strong ability to influence across a complex organisation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Proactive and results-driven, demonstrating ownership and a solution-focused approach to become clear outcomes.
• Comprehensive financial and commercial acumen, including hands-on experience managing tenders and bids.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive package of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum DOE, plus bonus and other benefits. Please note that this role will be a super collaborative role and as such you will be required to be based in the Berkshire (Wokingham) office four days per week.
