• Lead and manage day-to-day operations within the MASH, ensuring high-quality service
• Supervise and support team members to effectively safeguard vulnerable individuals
• Collaborate with multiple agencies to enhance information sharing and decision making
• Implement and monitor performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement
• Engage with stakeholders, including families, children, and adults, to foster positive outcomes
• Ensure legal compliance and adherence to safeguarding policies
• Conduct case audits and provide constructive feedback to your team
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery and reflect best practices

• A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
• Current registration with Social Work England
• Significant recent managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager
• Extensive frontline experience in Adults or Children’s Services, particularly in a managerial role
