You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload; handling matters from instruction through to completion. Working closely with clients, agents, and colleagues, you will deliver clear, practical advice while maintaining high professional standards in a collaborative office environment.
Your day-to-day will include:- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling files independently while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
- Contributing to business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships
- 5
PQE+ in residential conveyancing or residential property law - Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of conveyancing transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience
- Salary of £60,000+ depending on experience
