A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its thriving Private Client team. With a long-standing reputation for excellence across the Thames Valley, the firm combines heritage with a modern, people-first approach.

You'll be part of a collaborative team advising on wills, probate, tax and trusts, managing a high-quality caseload with autonomy and support. The role offers scope to contribute to strategic initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and play an active part in business development. The firm values integrity, approachability, and long-term client relationships-making this an ideal environment for someone who enjoys meaningful work and professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years' PQE in private client law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience leading people or projects
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
A team player who thrives in a values-driven culture
