Client Services Specialist – Group Risk
We’re on the hunt for a talented Client Services Specialist to join our growing team ’ll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, no weekends or evenings. Location: Winnersh
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
- Provide great customer service and support to our Employee Benefit Consultants, clients and insurers over the phone and by e‑mail.
- Be the first point of contact for all client and insurer queries and proactively support with policy renewals and new business.
- Support with administration of scheme such as invoicing, accounts, claims, underwriting, rehabilitation support services and communication material.
- Customer Service and/or Administration experience within either Group Risk, Employee Benefits or Group Life is essential.
- Strong admin skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
- Willingness to learn and a natural curiosity.
- Positive, collaborative and resilient attitude.
