This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. As a seasoned HR professional with a global scope and deep business acumen, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior executives within the Global Sales Organisation. This role requires a recognized authority who can take full ownership of strategic HR and talent initiatives, translating complex business imperatives into executable talent strategies.

Your mission is to foster a culture of collaborative trust and radical simplification, ensuring the organization remains resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

Core Strategic Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Orchestration:
    Provide strategic insights and enterprise-wide perspectives to connect business strategy with people priorities. You will develop functional policy and direction, using data-driven insights to tell a clear story and drive organizational success.
  • Organizational Integration & Alignment:
    Act as a primary liaison between regional leadership, central HR functions, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure HR programs, tools, and processes reflect regional business insights and cultural needs. You will influence outcomes through relationship-building and inclusive thinking while navigating complex, matrixed environments.
  • Architect of Simplification & Efficiency:
    Proactively refine and optimize HR service delivery to ensure rigorous alignment with strategic objectives. You will diagnose organizational challenges and lead innovative solutions that enhance alignment, efficiency, and transformation, including the use and adoption of AI and industry standard tools.
  • Talent & Change Leadership:
    Provide executive coaching and mentorship to senior leaders, offering advanced guidance on talent management and strategic risk mitigation. You will oversee workforce planning, succession strategy, and gap analysis to identify future capability needs.

  • HR Mastery:
    You demonstrate a mastery of HR capabilities, theories, and techniques, with a proven track record of leading complex HR projects and organizational development initiatives.

    You are grounded in business acumen and excel in environments where ambiguity and transformation are the norm. You bring exceptional strategic and design-thinking abilities to every challenge.
  • Disciplined Execution:
    You bring a bias for action and a sense of ownership, meticulously planning and executing initiatives with precision and effectiveness.
Professional Experience

Typically 10-15 years of HR experience, featuring significant consulting exposure and a background in large, global IT organizations.

Specialized Knowledge

Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy execution, and comprehensive knowledge of labour and employment laws across multiple regions.

Education

A first-level university degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA or Human Resources) is preferred.

Technical Proficiency

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for the creation of compelling, executive-ready, data-driven presentations.
