Social Worker specialising in Safeguarding Team to join a dynamic team in Wokingham. If you are well-rounded in your experience of supervising qualified workers and skilled in completing detailed care act assessments, complex inquiries, and risk management plans, this role could be your perfect fit. What you will do:

• Conduct and oversee complex Section 9 and Section 11 care act assessments, ensuring high standards and thoroughness in execution.
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, balancing competing operational demands.
• Undertake and lead on complex Section 42 inquiries, developing risk management plans, and preparing for court work when necessary.
• Utilise your strong risk management skills to evaluate and minimise potential risks in safeguarding contexts.
• Quickly adapt to using Mosaic or another similar system, if required, and contribute dynamically to the team’s efforts.
