• As a Senior Planner, ensure the successful and timely completion of large-scale construction and civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to meet project demands and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and risks.
• Ensure all project activities comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project schedules and resource allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Travel to client sites across the UK to maintain strong relationships and ensure project alignment.

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction and civil infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Team player, collaborative.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the UK.
• Degree qualified and holding certifications such as PMP or similar.

Jacobs operates a hybrid work environment and a 40‑hour weekly standard. This role could be based in any Jacobs office and will require regular site visits across the UK; travel flexibility is key.
