Senior Sustaining Engineer – BD Nogales Norte

We are looking for a Senior Sustaining Engineer to provide high‑level technical expertise in sustaining infusion products while introducing new solutions. The role focuses on meeting customer and business expectations for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Deliver technical leadership for projects and transitions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Provide engineering solutions for complex problems through structured analysis and collaboration.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead teams to implement engineering changes and support product lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems, including risk management.
• Develop and apply best practices in design for manufacture, assembly, and validation.
• Support team development through mentoring and performance reviews.
• Contribute to achieving operational goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong manufacturing engineering expertise (assembly, machining, PCBA, injection moulding).
• Proficient in FMEA, tolerance analysis, configuration control, CAD, PLM, and validation for engineering change.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross‑functional teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with proactive solution implementation.

£60,000 to £63,000 per annum + benefits.
