Academics are working with primary schools in Wokingham to appoint passionate and driven graduates to support children with special educational needs (SEN) in inclusive classroom settings.

Your Role- Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs
- Collaborate with SENCO and teaching staff to implement EHCP targets
- Encourage independence and boost self-confidence in learners
- Adapt learning resources to suit pupil needs
- A graduate (any discipline) with a genuine passion for SEN
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient
- Previous experience with children desirable but not essential
