Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Manage inbound calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
* Provide regular job updates and progress reports to customers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records
* Plan, schedule, and monitor daily workloads for engineers
* Book appointments for smaller contracts and ad-hoc works
* Complete helpdesk administrative tasks, including processing orders and spare parts
* Raise purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors
* Produce accurate invoices for completed works
* Monitor KPIs and support SLA performance
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar coordination or FM environment is desirable
* Good understanding of scheduling, workflows, and service delivery
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using office systems and scheduling software
* Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
