• Serve customers at driveways, chatting with customers, giving advice, and representing the RAC. You are the RAC.
• Mix up daily tasks: servicing, diagnostics, repairs and checks. Manage your stock, do your reporting and keep those customer conversations flowing.
• Think on your feet and make the right call for each customer – different fixes, different faces, new challenges every day.
• Deliver first‑class service directly to customers wherever they are, from driveways to office car parks, with a RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and a diagnostic kit.
• Work 40 hours per week with core hours 8:30 am‑5 pm, including 1 in 4 Saturdays. Monday‑Saturday availability (8 am‑8 pm) offers flexibility and stability.

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

• A competitive base salary of £38,625, with the opportunity to increase your earnings up to £50,000 through bonuses and premium‑rate overtime, and on‑target earnings up to £55,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
• A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
