I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Dry liner, Painter, or General Builder.

• As a Plasterer, you will be:
  Plaster boarding repairs such as fixing cracks and holes
• Skimming and resurfacing
• Restoring decorative plaster work
• Arranging appointment with tenant to fully diagnosing the repairs
• Providing an accurate estimated completion time

• Over 2 years experience of working in social housing or building maintenance
• Has the correct tools to do the work
• Has NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plasterer
• A full UK driving licence
• A DBS check will be required before commencing of the role

This role is offering a salary of £35,000 per year.

Based in Woking, the role includes a company vehicle, making site travel easy. Woking's central location offers excellent road links, including the A3, M4, and M25, providing quick access across the Southeast England.
