About the RoleAs part of a rapid scale‑up, Verse One is looking for a talented sales professional to join their NHS Solutions team. This high‑impact, strategic role requires you to own the full sales cycle, work directly with senior stakeholders, and deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities- Own and drive new logo business across a defined territory – from prospecting to closing.
- Sell enterprise‑grade digital solutions to senior decision‑makers.
- Build and maintain a strategic pipeline.
- Develop deep, value‑driven relationships with stakeholders in Housing and Local Government.
- Research and understand clients’ business models, regulatory challenges and digital transformation goals.
- Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and business cases that position Verse One as a true strategic partner.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client success and long‑term impact.
- Proven B2B new‑business software sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Consultative sales mindset – uncovering client needs, building business cases and closing complex deals.
- Self‑starter who owns the pipeline from prospecting to pitching to closing.
- Exceptional communicator – persuasive storyteller, active listener and strong writer.
- Ability to deliver strategic influence and drive growth in meaningful sectors.
- Base pay up to £60,000.
- OTE – double your base, completely uncapped.
- Hybrid working: 3 days in‑office; part of a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
