Overview
We are recruiting a Kitchen Porter Supervisor for a busy hospitality venue in Woking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced kitchens and can help keep the back-of-house running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Supporting and coordinating kitchen porters during service
- Ensuring cleanliness across kitchen areas and equipment
- Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation and waste disposal
- Working closely with chefs to maintain workflow
- Helping keep back-of-house standards consistent
- Similar experience in a professional kitchen
- Able to commit to full-time hours
- Comfortable with varied shift times
- Organised, dependable and confident to lead by example
- Good communication skills
- Hourly pay starting at £12.80 plus holiday pay
- Weekly pay
- Simple registration process
- Ongoing support once placed
