Position: Chef (Permanent)
Chef - £16.68 per hour - 35 hours per week, No late nights. Woking Area.

This role suits a skilled Chef De Partie-level professional who enjoys high-volume service while working within a well-organised and supportive kitchen team. This is a 12 week temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high kitchen standards and smooth service, including:

Managing and running a designated kitchen section
Preparing and presenting dishes to agreed quality standards
Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
Working closely with the team to maintain consistency
