Position: Chef de Partie – Woking

We are part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of destination pubs. Located next to Pyrford Lock on the banks of the Wey Navigation canal, the Anchor is a traditional Surrey country pub with stunning waterside views, a beautiful terrace, and a cosy atmosphere in winter.

We’re expanding our kitchen team and are looking for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to join us. If you love great food, thrive in a bustling service, and enjoy working with a supportive crew, this could be your next role.

  • A team player who supports others and maintains a positive atmosphere
  • Someone who thrives when the service gets busy
  • On top of compliance and committed to doing things the right way
  • Looking for a solid chef role for the season and potentially longer
  • Experienced in a busy kitchen and ready to hit the ground running
