Overview

Full-time permanent Grounds Maintenance roles based in Woking and the surrounding Surrey area. Salaries £25,480 – £28,000 per annum plus overtime. 28 days holiday including statutory Bank Holidays. Company Pension Scheme. Training is offered on a range of skills from towing, large area mowing, spraying to fine turf management. All uniform and PPE are provided.

• Operation of standard grounds maintenance equipment
• PA1/PA6 spraying
• Large area mowing
• Over marking
• Hedge cutting
• Spraying
• Backpack blowing
• Strimming
• Pedestrian mowing
• Bed/border work
• Typical tasks are dependent on experience

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Right to work in the UK
• Due to depot location, preferably hold a full, current driving licence; non-drivers may be accommodated depending on location
• 3-month probation period

We are a well-established family company that has provided a complete grounds management service in the Surrey area for over 30 years. Our clients (many of whom we have looked after for over 20 years) are mainly schools and colleges, and our new business comes from referrals and recommendations from existing clients and suppliers. Our team of 40 Grounds Maintenance Operatives / Gardeners includes several who have been with the company for more than 15 years.
