Junior Gardener/ Landscaper (Full Training to Site Supervisor) – Woking (Travel Around the UK) – £27,500 + 23 Days Holiday + Full Training + Clear Progression + Employee-Owned Business

• Assisting with gardening, landscaping and site clearance work
• Working alongside experienced team members on sites across the UK
• Receiving full training with progression into a Site Supervisor role

• Based near Woking with a full UK driving licence

No specialist experience is required, you ll receive full training, ongoing support, and a clear path to develop into a Site Supervisor as the company continues to grow.

In this role, you ll work on-site at residential and commercial properties, helping with general gardening and landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, turfing, pruning, site clearance, and assisting with invasive plant removal. Over time, you ll be trained to take on more responsibility, help manage sites, and eventually step into a supervisory position.

This role would suit someone hard-working, reliable, and keen to learn, looking for a long-term career in outdoor work, with full training, progression, and the backing of a supportive, close-knit team.
