Marketing Account Manager

Our client, a B2B Digital Marketing agency, is seeking an ambitious, versatile Senior Marketing Account Manager to drive the strategic direction and commercial success of a portfolio of innovative clients in technology, consulting and professional services.

Key duties:

• Account Management – manage client relationships and deliver excellent service
• Develop and implement client marketing plans and strategies
• Handle commercial aspects, including budgets and proposals
• Drive continuous improvement of digital marketing skills and knowledge, staying on top of the latest trends
• Plan and deliver successful marketing and campaign plans across digital, automation, paid, SEO, and social media channels
• Leverage marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot or Pardot and integrate with broader Mar Tech (CRM, analytics, etc.)
• Provide strategic guidance in the B2B technology sector

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of agency account‑management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience with a deep understanding of core marketing channels and technologies
• Proven track record of creating and delivering successful marketing and campaign plans
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Pardot)
• Familiarity with broader Mar Tech solutions (CRM integration, analytics platforms, etc.)
• Understanding of the B2B technology sector
• Strong B2B marketing knowledge, desire to succeed, and curiosity to learn and discover
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Base pay: Salary up to £55k based on experience. Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office. Flexible core hours (10am – 4pm). Occasional travel to client locations. Based in Woking, Surrey.
