Bespoke Interiors Project Engineer

ARM are supporting on a one-off specialist project for a luxury car brand to hire a Project Engineer to work on delivering bespoke luxury textile integration into a vehicle interior. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact across internal teams and premium external partners.

• Previous experience delivering physical products involving textiles, soft materials, or other premium crafted components.
• Is confident collaborating with luxury suppliers and design-led partners, with an appreciation for quality, detail, and brand integrity.
• Can manage technical requirements, supplier negotiations, and programme timelines with equal rigour and commercial awareness.
• Communicates clearly and concisely, manages stakeholders effectively, and maintains composure in high-pressure environments.
• Is comfortable operating autonomously and can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a bespoke, fast-moving project.
• Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation capability.
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements and oversee validation activities.
• Automotive interiors or trim experience.
• Experience with bespoke or low-volume manufacturing.
